I want to take this opportunity to recognize one of Noecker’s outstanding teachers, Ms. Clarke. As the Technology and Gifted & Talented Teacher she works hard to provide our students with the best learning experiences. She is always brainstorming and sharing ideas about programming for students (and supporting her colleagues). As a result, I am proud to announce that she has been selected as the G&T Teacher of the Year by the New Jersey Association for Gifted Children (NJAGC). Congratulations to Ms. Clarke and we thank her for everything she does and continues to do for students!
Books Are In The Bag Contest
Mrs. Schimmel is excited to announce that she is holding a book character contest! All students received a brown paper bag today along with contest guidelines. This contest is OPTIONAL, but most of the students seem very excited about it. All entries will receive a bookmark. In addition, one entry per grade will win a $15 gift certificate to spend at the book fair, courtesy of the HSA. Please email Mrs. Schimmel with any questions. hschimmel@roselandnjboe.org
Kindergarten Registration & Open House (2023-2024)
Roseland parents and guardians are invited to attend our Lester C. Noecker School Kindergarten Open House Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 7:00PM in the Multi-Purpose Room. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our Kindergarten program. The snow date is Thursday, February 9, 2023. To be eligible for Kindergarten, a child must live in Roseland and be five years of age on or before October 1, 2023. Parents/Guardians are invited to download and complete the Kindergarten registration packet on our website at www.roselandnjboe.org . Click on Kindergarten. To enroll your child in Kindergarten, please return the completed registration packet along with all the required documents to Mrs. Catherine Overbeck. Also be sure to reach out to make sure she has you on her list for the upcoming year. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.
