A Note from Raul Sandoval, Principal

This year our 6th graders have been focusing on community service via Noecker Cares, Table to Table and volunteering to assist our younger students.  In keeping with the theme of giving back, our 6th graders sponsored a food bank collection table during the Roseland tree lighting this past weekend.  A total of $640.00 in monetary donations and many food items (see picture below) were collected.  Kudos to our 6th graders for doing their part and helping those in need.  We are proud of you!

Kindergarten Registration & Open House (2023-2024)

Roseland parents and guardians are invited to attend our Lester C. Noecker School Kindergarten Open House Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 7:00PM in the Multi-Purpose Room. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our Kindergarten program. The snow date is Thursday, February 9, 2023. To be eligible for Kindergarten, a child must live in Roseland and be five years of age on or before October 1, 2023.  Parents/Guardians are invited to download and complete the Kindergarten registration packet on our website at www.roselandnjboe.org .  Click on Kindergarten.  To enroll your child in Kindergarten, please return the completed registration packet along with all the required documents to Mrs. Catherine Overbeck. Also be sure to reach out to make sure she has you on her list for the upcoming year.  Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.  She can be reached at coverbeck@roselandnjboe.org

Noecker School. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our preschool program. A Note & Some Helpful Links from the Department of Special Services

Reminder! The Roseland SEPAC is hosting the first Parent Workshop Tonight! Wednesday, December 7th @ 7pm in the Media Center. The Workshop will be in person, here at Noecker, and focused on an Overview of Parental Rights in Special Education. Please, RSVP for the event here!

 

Also, as mentioned in last week’s notification - the first round of Progress Reports are complete. They will be mailed out this week so, please, keep an eye out for them. I am also attaching the Progress Reports Cheat Sheet we developed to help interpret the information. If you have any questions following receipt, please reach out to your case manager directly.
