Note from Raul Sandoval, Principal
I hope you enjoyed St. Patrick’s Day and had a bit of luck come your way! Last week, we had a great time celebrating Pi Day on Friday, 3/13 (in honor of 3/14), with engaging and fun activities.
Today marks the end of Trimester 2. Report cards will be available on Genesis, and Trimester 3 begins tomorrow.
Best of luck to the cast and crew of The Lion King! We are looking forward to the in-school dress rehearsal tomorrow for all students. Performances will take place on Thursday and Friday at 7:00 PM, so be sure to get your tickets. Thank you to Ms. Kovera, Mr. Gavarny, and the HSA for putting together another amazing play!
This Friday, 3/20, our third graders will celebrate Carnaval. Over the past few weeks, students have been creating masks in World Language, inspired by the traditional masks used in Carnaval in the Dominican Republic. They will proudly showcase their work during their Carnaval parade throughout the hallways.
Looking ahead, next week will be our Noecker Cares Spirit Week in support of our next passion Neglected Animals. You can find the dress up days here !
Also, please take a look at our Special Areas Newsletter . We are starting a new initiative and sharing a newsletter each trimester highlighting the special area classes! Families often don’t know all of the wonderful activities happening in specials. Enjoy!
