June 3, 2026
Note from Raul Sandoval, Principal
As we “turn” the calendar to June, it’s hard to believe that only a few short weeks remain in the 2025-2026 school year! The past
several months have been filled with exciting learning experiences, performances, field trips, assessments, and special events, and
the pace shows no signs of slowing down as we head toward the finish line.
Tomorrow, our school community will celebrate America's 250th Birthday with a special assembly and classroom presentations.
Students will learn about important moments in our nation's history and the people and events that have shaped our country over the
past 250 years. In addition, our sixth-grade students have worked together to create a commemorative banner that will be unveiled as
part of the celebration. To help mark this special occasion, we encourage all students to wear red , white , and blue .
We also have several exciting events coming up, including the Art Show, WEMS Move-Up Day, Kindergarten Letter Fashion Show,
and the 5th Grade Field Trip. Also on June 5th, we will recognize Foster Care & Adoption Awareness by inviting students and staff to
wear Noecker gear or school colors.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support. Let's make these final weeks of school memorable, meaningful, and rewarding
for all of our students!
