Note from Raul Sandoval, Principal
For Wellness Week, we started with Mindful Monday where we focused on mindful bodies. Mrs. Cummings had a special morning announcement to have the entire school conduct a mindfulness exercise. Today’s message of kindness also acknowledged World Autism Awareness & Acceptance Day. Staff and Students “leveled up” by dressing up in Noecker Spirit Wear or clothing items with their favorite games. Thank you to all who participated and for bringing awareness to this day!
Wellness Week
We have two more days in Wellness Week March 31st-April 4th :
-
Monday will focus on mindfulness and increasing self-awareness. ✅
-
Tuesday and Wednesday , the students are encouraged to bring in healthy fruits, veggies, and drinks for their own snack. ✅
-
Thursday is Simon Says, there will be a special guest (a student visitor from the 6th grade) to play a game of Simon Says.
-
Friday , the PE classes will include Noecker games and at the end of the day there will be a basketball game with 6th grade students vs. staff.

This date was declared by the United Nations in 2007 and signifies the beginning of Autism Acceptance Month which started in 2011 by the Autism Self- Advocacy Network.
